Abbotsbury
Abbotsbury is one of the suburbs in New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. It is 39 kilometres west of the central business district in Sydney in the local government area of Fairfield City. It is a part of the Greater Western region. This place has a population of 3,857 from the 2001 census. This has a total area of 1.3 kilometres square. The location is very well known for its Fairfield City farm. This is located as the western side of the suburb.
The suburb got its name from Major Edward Abbott who is a Canadian born soldier who arrived in South Wales in the year 1970. He was granted the land that is now Abbotsbury since the year 1806. He sold his land to William Browne in the year 1810. The whole estate remained intact until the 19th century when it was subdivided into small farms and remained a rural area until the 20th century when it was developed into a subdivision. The name was later on approved in 1991.
The temperature can usually go higher in the month of February and it starts getting colder in the month of July. It will most likely rain during the month of May, while January is the driest month of the year in Abbotsbury. There is really no distinct guide to how the temperature in the climate would change in the suburb but this will only give you an idea on what to expect each month.

This biking path was used in the 2000 Sydney Olympics of its mountain biking events. There is also the Stockdale Reserve where people can gather to play some sport and have fun. There are also a lot of parks that are perfect for any kinds of activities. It is also home to different species of birds. The unit price of the area in Abbotsbury was recorded to reach $658,000. The area is ideal for young people who have recently separated from their parents and trying to find their way to the world by building their own career.
