Macquarie Links is a village found in the state of New South Wales in Sydney Australia. Macquarie Links is about 42 km in south west of the central business district of Sydney where in you can find the local government area of the Campbelltown City which also a part of Macquarie region. The Sydney central business district or known as CBD or the city is the main commercial center of Sydney. The Sydney central business district has about 3 km form Sydney Cove. It is where you can see the Australia’s tallest skyscrapers such as the Governor Philip Tower, MLC Center and the World Tower. It is the home of the largest Australian companies and as well as home to the Asia-Pacific headquarters for many large international companies.
The city of campbelltown is the local government area of the south western of New South Wales in Sydney Australia. The location is about 55 km south west of the CBD and the Campbelltown has a population of 152, 107 people as of 2009 data. The current mayor is Anoulack Chanthivong. The city is in the region of Metropolitan Sydney.
Macquarie Links is a gated community which is a modern form or residential community where in the housing estate is being contained in a strictly controlled entrances for bicycles, pedestrian and automobiles. The community is often characterized by being enclose with perimeter fences and walls. In the case of Macquarie Links gated community it is not totally restricted as like in any other gated communities in other cities.
The village is famous of its 18 hole, par 72 Macquarie Links International Golf Club. The view on this place is awesome since it overlooks the place of the Ingleburn Industrial Estate which is just within short drive from the village of the Ingleburn and also from the Hume Highway.

While the Macquarie Links estate is still developing there was already an announced plan for international hotels to be put up with the Crowne Plaza. The planned hotel will have 156 bedrooms and 54 dwelling apartment blocks and also has 60 gold lodges. The hotel’s facilities will be responsible in providing opportunities for leisure both inside and outside of the hotel. The leisure includes spa, gym, leisure pools, meeting rooms, ballrooms, bars and restaurant but until 2010 there are no updates regarding the plan of constructing the hotel or any information if it was withdrawn.
